Surface Controlled Subsurface Safety Valves (SSSV)
ACT safety valves are installed in the upper wellbore to provide emergency closure of the producing conduits in the event of an emergency. The safety valve
system is designed to be fail safe, so that the wellbore is isolated in the event of any system failure or damage to the surface production control facilities. ACT safety
valve is a self equalizing, wireline retrievable, suface controlled and flapper type.
ACT Safety Valve are installed in ACT Nipples.
FEATURES:
- Self equalizing type
- Working pressure up to 10,000 psi
- Sealing and sealing surfaces are out of flow path, when valve is in the open position
- Solid construction of flapper made from bar stock
